Hi, my name is Crisha Thebeau and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I graduated with my Masters's degree in Community Mental Health from the University of South Florida in 2007. I have been a Mental Health Counselor since 2007. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida for over 16 years. Before becoming a Mental Health Counselor I worked with at-risk youth in rural Pennsylvania (AmeriCorps*VISTA) and with juvenile offenders in Pinellas County. My entire work history has been to serve others and I have 30 years of experience working with diverse populations, including teens and adults. I am a non-judgemental and all-inclusive therapist and for the last 12 years have worked exclusively with high school students in the school setting. I use a variety of approaches to therapy that include: Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Narrative.
